I would wear some cute brown/tan strappy sandal shoes. Open toe. I would wear some white high heel flip flops, but i don't really care about the stupid labor day rule. Get a cute pair of sandals that show off your toes but have a lot of straps to add interest. maybe something that buckles at the ankles. hope this helps, Jes

That's a beautiful dress!

It's very summery so you'll have to wear either sandals or flip-flops. This dress would look very pretty with flat flip-flops or even with a little bit of heel. Wedge heels are going to be hot this summer so you might want to consider a wedge. The style of the dress, and the colors you're suggesting- blue and white- would go beautifully with something in brown leather. Check out these below:
