I don't really understand your question based on the way its worded, but birth control pills take about a month to become fully effective. You should take them at the same time everyday while you plan on being sexually active.

It will take birth control pills abut one cycle (or one month) to safely protect you against pregnancy. You should take them for as long as you need to. Many women have safely taken birth control pills for years.
