Actually rich countries invest a great deal on human development, but they also invest in killing, that is the way of the human, it is too bad, but it is the truth.
I would also like to ask you a question. Why do people so poor they can't feed themselves, some how always find a way to wage war between themselves?

Rich countries are spending too much on military hardware rather then developing industries for the people. North Korea is a classic example of a country that prioritized its development of nuclear arms rather than feeding its population. It wanted to be a superpower by sacrificing food for the people.
