Now, my past isn't squeeky clean, but I've been with my girl for close to two years now and things I did in the past keeps her for being able to trust me...I've been completely faithful to her and have since become a better man.

My Ex insists on constantly putting her nose as well as her two cents into the mix, which only causes further issues.

How do I regain her trust.....with a distraction that just won't quit

To me, a big part to make this relationship become more permanent in trust, is your current love to understand that your former love has her own motive(s). And that motive is to destroy you, or the very least, damage your reputation (my steadfast guess is that your ex is hurt from your breakup and wants to let it be known, constantly and intensely). Once your current/true love comes to grip with that reality, when combined with your daily proof of trust and validity of your love for her, she will see that your ex's complaints will fall on deaf ears

Yo Rick,....too bad you can't move and get away from your "Ex". Unless you have kids between each other, you should be able to do this and request any friends or family NOT tell her where you are.

However; if you need to, get a "Peace Bond" or a "No Contact Order" from a court against her that will legaly force her to stay out of your business and leave you alone. Tell the court that she has been harrassing you which of course she is. This would work.

As far as your current squeeze,.....just keep on showing her the good and new and improved you. Just continue to do the right thing and convince her that others are trying to interefer because they don't want you to be happy.

She should have no reason not to trust you until you give her a reason not to. It sounds like you are doing things good now, and just keep doing them.

Yes. Keep your ex out of your business. This is vital. That is the first thing you can do to gain trust. Also, honesty is the best policy. Even when very uncomfortable. If your new girl doesnt respond well to honesty, then that is a important point for you to consider as well.

Why is your ex in the picture anyway? If you have children or something then she needs to be put in her place. Everyone has a place and there will be chaos if roles are unorganized. Get that ex out of your business and continue to reassure your girl.

i dunno bro, thats tough... she should really put the past behind her.. Make Love to the present and F... the past.. if you thinkj you really tried hard. just one day do that extra thing that shows her that u really care 4 her and your not like the way u were b 4... she has to accept it, i mean u cant change your past.. so she has to get over it.. it has been almost 2 years... as for your ex.. u gotta tell that tramp to stay away from your issues and ignore her as much as possible, and tell your ladie to do so.. just like anything when you ignore something long enough (in general) it goes away..
Good luck man

If you have always been faithful to her tell her from me to wake up to herself. Just because you cheated on someone else maybe it was because that relationship was meant to end so you and her could find each other.
