no, its not a link/bridge/watever. i checked my kl mapbook. it suppose to mean "walking distance with less than 1 km", for example, kuala lumpur station to pasar seni station takes about 0.375 km which is 375 meters.
in consideration, of me taking out my kl mapbook, searched high n low for the locations, debunk the myth of "link between 2 stations". and clearly clarify for u.....pls oh pls, give me 10 points. thanx.
bicyleman, do i sound too kopi-o minded?

It's trying to tell you that those two stations are linked and yes,it's a walkway........which means that from bank negara station, you can interchange with another train line just by walking to bandaraya station and vise versa.........
the walkway is very short......less than 5 minutes and you will reach to the next station...

they're a clean small u . s . interior the region (it somewhat is susceptible via each element, plus they have intense inner issues) and that they behave as though they very own each physique around them. i haven't viewed such conceitedness and stupidity jointly in the different u . s .. they ought to thank God (or their success) maximum persons understand they're stupid and don't pay plenty interest to what they say. If maximum international locations around took them intense and we lived no longer some years lower back while human beings have been much less pacifists, now they might not even exist.

Maybe they have a connecting walkway linking the stations there, but I'm only guessing.
Edit:
Holy cow holyman (Wasn't your name Devilish before?), what a brilliant answer I'd give you 100 points if I could!
