My PC fickers a lot and becomes shaky when i scroll. i have checked the connections and memory but it is all fine. what could be the problem and what should i do?

Check u'r video card.. or if u'r monitor have degauss option, try to use it.. Anyway, where du u place u'r speaker? If it is near to your monitor, place the speaker far from your monitor..TQ.

It could be 2 things. One is that the moniter is dying. Two is that the graphic driver is corrupted. So try reinstalling or repairing the graphic driver. If it still doesnt work, u gotta get a new moniter. Cheers!

Boot into Safe Mode, do you still have that problem ?
If yes, 75% says Monitor is going bad.
However, Do make sure that you have the latest drivers installed for your graphics card, they are also capable of displaying such issues if they are going bad. If you have another computer at home, test your monitor on it, and you can find out if it is Monitor or Graphics card problem.

Yeah, it sounds like your monitor is going bad, especially since it shakes when you scroll. Hate to tell you that. Sorry :(

check ur moniter it might be to ur moniter going to DASH
