I think Bindi is very cute. She will be the next Steve Irwin partly because her dad taught her to be just like him, but mostly because that's what the Australian public expects.
We don't see Bindi mourning. She probably does it in private like normal people, and the rest of her family. She puts on her face for the public in her photo shoots and her performances. She's doing just what is expected of her, and doing it well. She's mature, because that's what she thinks (or was taught) people expect from her.
Who are we to judge how Bindi is coping with her father's death when we have no idea how she really lives? All we see is what's on TV, what's in the news, and what's on the billboard on the Bruce Highway just before the turnoff to Australia Zoo.

I think little Bindi is an absolute angel!! Watching her on TV i admit she seems a little head of her time. I don't know how much of what she says is rehearsed and what is coming from her heart. Regardless, she is a lucky girl to have been born into such great environment. As long as she has her mother to keep an eye on things, especially within the entertainment business, then i think she'll end up to be a great spokes person for our wildlife and conservation issues that we are facing. As long as she stays humble and true to her cause than i think she'll just fine. Just think, she is already the next generation and she's doing something by spreading the word to not just adult audiences, but to our children. Sometimes it takes a child to get through another child.

she is pretty mature for her age but its awesome because you can see what a great job terri and steve did raising her. bindi is intelligent, strong, and has to be the most adorable little girl ive ever seen! i think its absolutely wonderful that she wants to continue making her father's dreams a reality. steve irwin's legacy will live on through his little girl.

I think she is a precocious child who doesn't know how to grieve. If the press does not leave her alone, she might never go through the 7 stages of grief, and subsequently may never heal. Her Mum needs to keep her out of the spotlight for a while until she reaches acceptance.

She is an awesome kid! I found her to be highly intelligent and with a great drive to continue in her father's footsteps. She even said that the greatest gift that she got was the love from her father. Enough said. We will be seeing alot of her in the future.

She's a very cute, intelligent, and seemingly well-adjusted kid. How is that a bad thing?
