The best way you can judge someone is with wisdom.
There are not enough people who have the wisdom to judge properly. So most of us asses one, and the other. An assessment is a valid option to judgement. Making a judgement usually leads to passing judgements, and here danger rears it's ugly head.
If you do judge anyone then I would suggest you make the judgement on the side of a kind benefit. Give any judgement of another man, or woman the benefit of the doubt.
On a more personal note; ....people often confuse the Christs' statement on judging others as a commandment. It is not a commandment of God. It is a teaching of the Christ, He was telling us that we can judge others but ....be prepared to be judged more harshly than you have judged. He didn't say you can't, or it is a sin, He said if you are going to do it then get ready for a harsher judgement on yourself. Because it will happen.

You should never judge a person, but you should be objectively aware of what they do and say. Is it acceptable? Is it dangerous to him-or-herself and others? Is it lawful? I think a Judge should consider a person's actions as they apply to the law. That's my opinion.

It's difficult to judge a person, if you are not in touch with him. Only two persons can tell the truth about a person, an enemy who is angry with him or a person who loves him so much.

One best way is to see how he treats his juniors. When u go to a restaurant how he address the waiter....
1-hey .... shhh... whistles... then he is very arrogant rude......
2-if he says excuse me ----- i.e. gives respect to everyone then he is a nice person ... n u can take chance with that person on the whole u should always judge ppl by what they do n not by what they say....

just a simple formula I learned from my father who employed 400 workers in his shop where no stock-book could be maintained. He
will ask some general questions. If the person who had come for
the interview answered by LOOKING at my father's EYES directly,
he will be selected. Still we use that yardstick since guilty will never
look straight at others eyes.
