List on local Craigslist.com, including pics (4 pictures allowed for each free listing). I sold a used car, in good condition, for a good price and was quite happy with using Craigslist. Would do so again for large items or for a yard sale or the like to sell many small items when we downsize our house before sellling it and moving to a condo.

Want to sell anything sell it lessor than its market value. Want to purchase anything offer slightly more than its market worth. This is the success story in my life. I sold several property and purchased several property. But I am not in real estate trade.
