Hi,
Just go to some silent place (such as near by Park, hill or a river bank, etc) and do meditation, mild exercise which shall certainly relieve tension & stress.

Doing muscle exercises always helps. But it's best if you lie down. It consists of tightening and stretching your muscles, concentrating on each area. This has always helped many ppl.
