I don't call people anything...but I've called myself all three of those at times...

All of the above. It all depends on how 'out there' they are... If its just kind of a fun crazy then its crazy. Insane I use for someone who is completely off their rocker (this could be a temporary thing too), and nuts is for someone in between crazy and insane!

Yeah, but I usually add a few more expletives before I finish!
