just open it in any software and than use the file menu to
Save As den change the file type as jpeg and will convert the new file to jpeg

Open it up in a photo editing program, like Photoshop or MSPaint. Choose File>Save As... There should be a field that says "Save as type:" Choose jpeg from the list and save.
