No, and if it is I'm going to keep doing it.
Babies feet are so cute and small and soft, I love kissing my baby's feet. And he likes it too.
Look at this poem....
Tell me, what is half so sweet
As a baby's tiny feet,
Pink and dainty as can be,
Like a coral from the sea?
Talk of jewels strung in rows,
Gaze upon those little toes,
Fairer than a diadem,
With the mother kissing them!
It is morning and she lies
Uttering her happy cries,
While her little hands reach out
For the feet that fly about.
Then I go to her and blow
Laughter out of every toe;
Hold her high and let her place
Tiny footprints on my face.
Little feet that do not know
Where the winding roadways go,
Little feet that never tire,
Feel the stones or trudge the mire,

why would it be wrong? I've done it to my kids, and to my friends kids. You make it a big show, with lots of funny noises, and the kids laugh their butts off because it tickles. They giggle, gurgle, and stick their feet back in your face.
remember that babies like new stimuli. And the feet are very sensitive. Now if you are sucking on the toes.... that is an entirely different question with a different response. But kissing the soles of the feet, or blowfishing them is fun and no issues.
there maybe religious reasons (not that I can think of any, but I'm not sure about things like hindu, or muslim baby play issues)
It is a fun time to be had by all.

Your friend is wrong. I use to kiss my babies on the bottom of their feet and they'd giggle. I use to kiss them on their hands, and their chest and they would
laugh and laugh. I don't know where she got her information but it wasn't from
real life. Babies loved to be played with tickling, etc. Has she had a baby that
she knows she's right? I have 5 children ages 41-49. I know a little about it. I
also have 8 grandchildren ages 14 to 25. You learn what makes a baby happy.

i think of this is nice. If I have been a determine, i would not want every person kissing my infant that i did no longer relatively be attentive to. in any different case, i may well be happy with it. i'm continuously kissing the cheeks and heads of the infants I nanny for. If infants don't get kissed via their babysitters or whomever, they don't get that variety of love till they are returned with their mothers and dads, and that is hours and hours!

There is nothing wrong. I like to kiss my baby's feet.Its Taboo. According to my parents, if you kiss your child feet, they will not listen to you when they bigger.
