have you been taught to duck and cover anyways just incase you vacation to these areas and the richter scale has gone haywire?

The only reason we have to duck and cover in Vermont is if a flock of birds are overhead. I hate getting pooped on!

I don't, but I did live in California for awhile and had to duck and cover a few times

Yes the State that I'm from are prone to hurricane and tsunamis. But yeah in early education we were all taught that, and drop and roll for fires.
