So my style is really weird i have emo stuff skater stuff rebal ock prep all the way to goth everyone thinks i am weird HELP!!

Glam it up a bit..... instead of trying to fit into any one "genre"-look, go a little more girly. Look at Gwen Stefani, she definitely has the girly thing down.
Start by getting a cute haircut, freshening up your make up(keep it simple and pretty). Lip gloss is a girl's best friend.
Take one of your black rock tees(you know you have like 30) and wear them with fitted, but not too tight jeans, preferably dark denim. Find a cute belt and a nice pair of black or even better metallic pumps to wear with it. Very cute, and very trendy. Throw on a fitted pinstripe blazer and you will be good to go.
You know, I say all this assuming you are girl....
