All I can say to myself is "All the times you thought you couldn't live through have all been here and gone. This too shall pass." If you're hurting, I am truly sorry. It's no consolation to hear "Been there," and all the other things like "What comes around goes around, etc." Or the, "You're better off without them," stuff when you're hurting and just wish somebody could cradle you in their arms and make the pain go away like mommy could when you were little and fell off your bike kind of thing. People mean well, but sometimes you just need to let go and feel your pain. Wish I could help and take the pain away.

I regroup within my faith and try to recover that way. I know time is an ally for most problems, especially emotional ones dealing with being badly hurt or abused. I try not to put myself into those situations by being careful with whom I deal with or befriend. But, I generally am self-assured and confident of myself and am capable of rationalizing out problems even if I am hurt by someone else. I think maybe I was at fault. If that's the case, I immediately seek the person out and talk about it. If necessary, I apologize, learn from it, and move on.

I got emotionally attatched to a girl who was my first date at age 20. Turns out she was pregnant before we went out, or became pregnant while we were talking. Before I knew this, she just stopped talking to me. We are coworkers so there was an awkward period of about 3 weeks where we didn't speak and I felt like crap around her. Long story short, I was told she felt bad and would still like to be friends, so now we joke around and talk at work like we never went out and were always just friends.

Be around the people that you love and truly love you. Just being around someone else if comforting...for me any way. I wish you luck. I know how you are feeling.

try your best to hurt them back ten fold.. just kidding, sorry.. you have to make a choice. you can either choose to hold onto what/who hurt you, or say, >)(* it, and be confident in knowing that you dont have to put up with that type of BS.
either way, good luck..
