Someone who plays with woman's emotions and toys with them,and then betrays her?Does this behavior come from fatherlessness or something similar?

sociopathy is a pervasive personality disorder that you cannot rehabilitate in a person. (Therapy would probably be a means to manipulate you even further, convince you of something) Studies have shown that sociopaths eventually "outgrow" it, so to speak.
sociopathic behavior is explained as cortical immaturity, meaning that the development of the brain is not what one would find in a normal human brain. EEG's can show marked differences in that of a known sociopath with normal brain functioning. It actually more closely resembles that of an animal.
There are theories that state sociopath's tire or "mature" in their late 40's-50"s, however it is unknown if it is out of boredom, late in life development or age.
The important thing to know is that they have no conscience, BUT they can fake it. They know they are supposed to cry at funerals or the death of a loved one, however it is acting the part.

I don't know if it means that. Often that is the case, but often it is not. Some guys are just idiots and it doesn't matter what they grew up in. For instance, my father and his brother grew up in the same home. My father turned out great, but my uncle is nuts and does stupid things like that. People are probably more likely when they have a bad background, but some people are just plain sick.

It sounds like he has been hurt pretty badly by someone, probably a woman or a girl and is out for revenge in a big way. He probably does need to see a psychologist to help him get out of this phase of his life.

Any guy his do that with any woman , his ill and any girl or woman must be carfule and test any man she's know it , and i thing any girl and woman know what his want of hear if he really want to play , and she's must don't give him what he want before she's trust by him and test him .

it depends on what kind of woman she was''if she is faithfull and not a cheaty type''you have to see also the other side before you made a conclusion must understand and balance and hear both sides first'
