WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN A DOCTOR TELLS YOU YOUR CERIX IS THIN AND YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT? IS IT NORMAL.

Yeah, it is. When you're pregnant, you're uterus (of which cervix is a part) gets thickened and the embryo gets implanted in it. So if it isn't thickened, it must mean you aren't pregnant, I think. Don't hesitate to ask your doctor these things, I'm sure he'll help you out.

If the CERVIX is thin there might be a problem if you got pregnant. Ask your doctor about it.

As a bloke I'd say it probably is - and just as well - I don't want to be pregnant!
