Your logic has a flaw in it. Money is like a battery that can store energy for future use. Energy that in turn effects our lives ie: food, recreation, security, independence... therefore, the moeny that life is given for (right or wrong) in turn is used for effecting ones life. All we need now is a morality to go with it.

Money is not lifeless. It too has a life or a life span, from acquisition till fully spent. That way money too moves in cycles of birth, death and rebirth-as it goes to someone else's hands. Short of greed, lust, giving life to it definitely makes sense...to put it in the best manner, acquire it here, use it here and leave it here for no one comes with money or material wealth nor goes back with it. We must just have what is enough for our growth and survival. Those who amass, hoard and stock it do at the cost of its availability to others which should be a crime in the eyes of God !

Certainly, it does. The priceless pieces of culture reminds one of the effort, time and money put into them by the people who left them to be appreciated by the world after them. The history of mankind reminds us of various phases of progress made by our ancestors over the ages because of their achievements left by them in the form of stones, cave paintings, sculptures, monuments, religious shrines, buildings, books, rolls, artifacts, pieces of jewellery, etc. Hence, it cannot be inferred that spending money in lifeless things is a nonsensical venture. Rather investment of money into vices, destructive pursuits like war, arms and armaments, and armies and other escapades of spreading hatred is certainly a crime against the humanity and the god.

Go see the old movie "DO Roti" and you will know what rules.
Only in India they equate money with Lakshami who is supposed to be virtual reality.
Money in itself is only a convenient means of trade, befote it there was barter trade, if you know what that is.
Money itself is helpless, it needs live human beings to move it from place to place and bargain on its behalf.

Thanks for asking a very pertinent question. Money rules the world because thre is a gross degradation of our spiritual, social and cultural values. In today's world, man is mad after money b'cos it buys muscle power, brings false social prestige, and increase the hunger for amassing more wealth. This ugly phenomenon will ultimately ruin our human qualities.

Many things happen without our consent. Money is one among them. It was created by sensible humans but it controls human senses!
