BBA(general) has cover most of the topic of management(Ext:logistic, risk) which prepare the multiple skill for operate an organization. However the BBA(finance) is concentrade on using the financial perspective to analysis/manage the organization.
If you consider to be chartered financial planner, sure BBA(general) would be the better choice.

What is your aim?
To go on to MBA after BBA?
Perhaps you would do well in BBA (General), learn better English, and then think of finances!
Ultimately, you must improve your finances, right?
