17-19, any younger than that and you are opening yourself up to serious emotional scars if it is not what it is meant to be (eg, can't get birht control & you get pregnant, or the boy takes advantage of your naivete and gets you to do things that you don't feel comfrtable by saying all the other girls do "it".). Any older than that, you start to get too much of a shell-- "well, I waited this long-now how do I approach the guy?"

The perfect age is when you feel that you've grown up enough to understand the consequences of having sex. Sex is great but you must find the right person who understands you and cares for you. So for that to really happen is wait until you're 18 at least. And I mean it! 18 is still young but at least you're an adult so you can make your own decisions. And always use protection. If the guy doesn't wear condom then don't do it. And you should be proud to be a virgin and not a s-lut at 13. If I know a girl already had sex at 13 I'd say she's a HO.

Yes she can physically manage to have sex at 13, but psychology is a different story.
She should at least be around 18 to understand it better. Not to just understand, but to get over it if it's a bad experience.
And the perfect age is any age between 20 and 30. Women know themselves better as time goes, so a 30 year old woman is more likely to enjoy sex, on the other hand, a 20 year old man has everything he needs.

Since in this day and age, many people don't follow the procedure of no sex before marriage, the best time is when you feel you are responsible enough to be aware of both the pros and cons of intercourse. It's so important not to act in haste from any sort of pressure because most likely, you'll regret it. Another thing, curiosity and being emotionally and physically ready are two completely different things. I'm 19 and have a temptingly hott boyfriend - we're both still virgins. For us, we're waiting until after marriage - because it would be the right thing to do.
Think before you act so you don't regret what you did later on.

Who am I to judge, based on her age. I am sure there are people at that age who has lost it. I'm not condoning this, because there are consequences. I'm not going to preach any word of god. Because you tell kids no, and they will do the opposite. I was a kid too.
She is at a crossroads. I can't give her better guidance of this. If she is going to do so. She has better tell her partner or future partner to wear a condom. If she chooses to lose her virginity, and so on. I hope she is aware of the consequences that she will have to face. Because, some guys at a young age are cold and immature. You have pregnacy, and sexual transmitted diseases.
She is too young, but who am I to judge. As a friend, you shouldn't just rat on her, because she is making that decision. Be her friend. You can look out for about the guy she chooses to be with. But I personally feel she needs some better guidance, I don't want her to go thru mixed feelings and confusion.
To really answer your question. When probably the time is right. But she can hold off about this, she needs to learn more about life, before she takes a step to her womanhood.

you rather ought to shop your self for marriage. intercourse is the main intimate element you're able to do with yet another individual, that's a manner of finally understanding somebody on an intimate point and you ought to no longer do it with only every person. some would say so you might do it with although or every time only using fact it feels good, yet there are extra significant issues than the fulfilling feeling featuring intercourse. in case you maintain your self for marriage and your important different does a similar, your first time at the same time often is the final adventure ever, with the excitement and the sentiments.

13 is much too young to have sex. i mean, if she had just had her first period at 13, she can easily become pregnant. furthermore, her reproductive system is just developing and still is not up to the challenge of carrying a baby.
she might still not be matured enough about sex. what if she thinks that having sex shows true love. this is just not so! having sex at a really young age forces a person to have a lot of expectations about it and more often than not, one gets disappointed on this.
tell your friend to wait a little while before indulging in sex. this is not just an act, you know. sex carries responsibilities with it also.
there is no clearcut age on when to have sex. but when you're still in the adolescent stage, its best to abstain from it first. when you think you're matured enough and your body is matured enough as well, then i think that's the best time to have it.

When ever you are old engough to handle the possible consequences - 13 is not it , you are still in school ( I hope )and dependent upon your parents to provide for you.And if you do and wind up preggers - YOU not your parents or the state need to care for the child . YOU drop out of school - YOU get a job . Yes condoms are effective but accidents happen YOU PLAY YOU PAY -experience - been there - done that.

Pay close attention. NOT THIRTEEN!! NOT FOURTEEN! NOT FIFTEEN! Neither you or your "friend" will be mature enough to handle the emotional complexities and physical complications of a sexual relationship until you're in your early to mid twenties. Don't believe me? Ask your parents. It might not seem like it to you, but they love you with all their hearts and will do everything in their power to protect you. Especially from making bad choices which could very well affect the rest of your life.
