a pair of jeans or a jean skirt with a nice blouse. The jeans represent the casual and the nice blouse compliments the heels. Just don't make the mistake of wearing a T-shift with heels. Every woman I've seen do that ended up looking trashy.

to make heels casual usually a plain tee with a cute pair of DARK jeans, a charm necklace, hair band and some sunglasses work great. also down play your hair by putting it up in a sexy messy bun. and no glitter eye-makeup. i personally think wearing heels anywhere but on the track is great. it makes your butt look awesome and totally boosts confidence

I wear heels with everything. Even when I go to the park to to the beach. It shows off my legs in the most attractive way.
You can do it too (if you want to wear heels all the time). When walking on grass - tiptoe in your heels. When walking on sand - don't - it ruins your shoes. Just take them off and walk barefoot.
If you are like me, and love wearing heels. There is no surface to challenge you.

I wear heels with pants but not jeans. Make sure your pants are long enough though because it looks really stupid when they are too short.
