Sorry, that was the highest individual score in a World Cup Final ... 140 Not Out!
Tendulkar scored 673 runs for the 2003 tournament to be the highest run scorer. His total was also the highest individual total for any of the World Cup tournaments.
The best individual innings was 172 Not Out, scored by Craig Wishart of Zimbabwe against Namibia. Not a bad knock that!
