He looked really cute in Dracula 2000 but I think The Phantom of The Opera is his best role so far =D

I've not seen a great deal of Gerard Butler's performances, but i was very impressed with his portrayal of the Phantom in Joel Schumachers The Phantom of the Opera.

I believe he was the best in Dear Frankie. It's a great movie. It's about a little boy that thinks his estranged father has been sending him letters, but it's actually been his mom. It happens that the boy has the chance to meet him and so the mom has to find someone to be his "dad" for one day. It's so great. Emily Mortimer is in it, and it didn't get as much attention as it should have. Gerard does a great job at being believable in that role. Heartwrenching.

That's very hard to answer, personally I love him as André Marek in Timeline and I think he did an excellent job in his newest movie 300.
