Sounds like vitamin B12 deficiency to me. B12 will increase your energy levels, maintain a healthy nervous system, properly utilize fats, carbohydrates and protein, relieve irritability and improve concentration, memory and balance.

Best natural sources are :- liver, beef, pork, eggs, milk and fish.

Because B12 is not absorbed well through the stomach, I recommend that you go to the chemist and get yourself some multivitamin B complex tablets. Just ask the pharmacist which is a good quality brand to buy. Avoid synthetic vitamins as they are very hard to digest.

If you are a vegetarian and have excluded eggs and dairy products from your diet, then you need B12 supplementation. If you keep regular "Happy Hours" and drink a lot, B12 is an important supplement for you.

Recommended adult dose is 2mcg per day. In the human diet, vitamin B12 is supplied primarily by animal products, since plant foods usually don't contain it.

Have you been under loads of stress lately??? This would explain a lot, including the break outs on your chest. In stress situations you need to increase your intake of multivitamin B complex.

Women find B12 helpful - as part of a B complex - during and just prior to menstruation.

Sounds like pre menstural syndrome. I used to get it all the time. I would get really moody and break out for no apparent reason. Then a few days later it would start.

this is tricky to answer without knowing your age. teenager = this is very normal. 20's - 30's = could you be pregnant? some women, tho rare, can have there period the entire term and spotting is common. past 40 = early menopausal symptoms could be the culprit. of course stress (both good and bad) can have effects on your body like this. hope this helps.
