When i walk, either just short walk or long work. i can hear my knee make sounds like little cracking cracking between the caps and the joints. Crack here crack there, and when i bend my knee esp sit down on chair, i cant sit too long. my knees will feel sore (not sick, just sore like tired feeling after long walk in fact i only sit)

i am at beginning 30, with weight 60Kg and 155 height. am i too fat? so my knees can not support me? i can still do treadmills and walk for 15mins. only the cracking sounds bother me, only me can hear it because i can feel i cracks sound.

URE perfect in weight..try to eat some more calcium tablets and massage your knee with a 'Relaxyl' or 'volini' or 'iodex' daily and softly..if the problem persists, try visiting an orthopaedician!

You need to see a doctor. The clicking is bare bone rubbing past a tendon or ligament, The more you do this the more damage you will have to your knee.

I don't know Kg I just know pounds and inches. So, I can't tell you if you are too heavy.

It is important for the future of your knee to have it checked out by a doctor. Sometimes some simple exercises takes care of the knee.

Worn cartilage of knee joints may have resulted from excessive usage during school days, like being is basketball team perhaps. Over counter treatments include glucosamine supplements, which aid in repair of tendons and cartilage. They were prescribed for my cracking right knee joint, and regular consumption helped and was reportedly suppose to prevent further wear and tear of the cartilage too. Cheers.

my guess is a meniscus tear...over age of 20 just normal wear and tear can lead to it, something as subtle as squatting down can make it happen...see site & Doc
