to get someones attention?

a friend of mine stapled her hand to a wall to get attention from a guy.

once i jumped into an outdoor pool in like 40 degree weather. plus i had all my clothes on. i dont know if i was trying to impress anyone though. dont recall. i think it was spur of the moment

When I was about 12 years old I loved tattoo's so I carved one into my arm with a compass it hurt for about a week and it didn't even leave a scar
