I heard something, but I didn't know it was a war crime. I thought he was requested to answer some question on kidnapping of a German citizen by the CIA. I didn't even know they pressed charges. I thought he was a "person of interest". Even if he wasn't wanted by Europe, He should be hiding. If you embarassed this country as much as Rumsfeld, YOu would be hiding your face.

More propaganda A leader cannot be tried for the individual action of his soldier if he breaks rank by disobeying orders.The soldiers who commit war crimes are the one responsible for hurting america reputation and liberty .

I think thats freaking hilarious first of all he really shouldnt be tried but thats just the tip of it........ GERMANY!!!!! WW2 ring any bells. Thats like a heroine addict calling the cops on somebody who he thinks might have smoked weed
