Well..... it took me a long time to find this out...
But the band is called FISHER.
Apparently they just did the song for the commercial and it's not really a full song.

I first typed in "St. Ives Apricot Scrub" on youtube to listen to the commercial myself. It took a while to figure out what the crap she was saying at the beginning. I finally figured out that it was "free as the wind blows" and later she says "breathe in the sky."
But anyways, to answer your question, FISHER sang the song... the song doesn't really have a title because it was apparently made for the commercial.
