Don't waster your money trying to get more HP out of the V6. Save it and use the money to upgrade to a V8. I did this when I was in high school I put all my money into a V6 and then realized it was a waste and dropped in a V8.
If you search the web you should find some web sites that will help you do the V6 to V8 conversion.

The easiest thing you can do is sell it and buy a Mustang, Honestly there isnt much you can do with a Maro, Especially a V6.
Yes, you can but a cold air intake, a new exhaust, aluminum headers, I dont even think they have a hypertech chip for your car, a bigger throttle body, etc. but you wouldnt come out running as strong as a Mustang with those same upgrades if not less.
But If you wanna keep your car and make it a little jucier, then yea just some new upgrades, but if your thinking of making a muscle car, even if your Camaro had a V8 it just cant compare to a mustang, so thats why I say just sell it and get a Mustang.

well the 3.1L V6 is probably more fuel efficient perhaps a K&N air filters. change the plugs to platinum or iridium. change your wires. put in a hypertech chip. change your distributor maybe some nice ceramic headers. an aluminum drive shaft to lighten it up a bit. a turbo charger. You can get a lot of cool things if you go to www.samantacamaro.com

Jack it up and run a Ford under it!
j/k. A cold air induction system with an oil cloth air filter is a good start, that'll give you five to ten more ponies, maybe a little more.

Installing a V8 is the best bet. Jacking it up and sliding a Ford under would just make it slower than what you have.
