From what I saw in "Van Helsing", they only exist in the shadows of Limbo, being the spawn of the undead, and can only manifest under extraordinary circumstances.
But, in Blade, it was suggested that they breed somehow, but this form of vampirism is also treated as a sort of viral disease.
In Underworld there seems to be blood (ha-ha) relationships between vampires (ie., father daughter) so here somebody's doin' it.
I guess you'd have to dig one up and ask it.

babies are babies are babies. It is later in life that any being, vampire or non vampire has a harder time of it.
I was working, a lifetime ago, in a record store (see, I told it it was a lifetime ago--there were vinyl records there!) and this little kid was screaming bloody murder. I went over to her; tears rolling down her face. And I said to her: "you have little to cry over now dear. Wait until you grow up; then you can really cry."

I've never seen a baby vampire. Do they exist? Normally in vampire stories, being turned into a vampire renders your sex organs/appetite useless.

Are there baby vampires? According to horror movies and books, you become a vampire because you're bitten by one. Does anyone know of any movie or book in which vampires mate and produce offspring?
