did you give credit to the site? then its plagurism if you called it your own. or if its copyrighted. if you give credit its ok.

Well they say like on myspace that you have to have permission from the person that is in the photo before you can post it but there are so many tribute myspace pages like to anna nicole, dale earnheart and so many more from everyday people and they haven't gotten into trouble.
