Hi im 19 and cant retract my foreskin( not because its tight) i have a little peice of skin that links my foreskin to the head of my penis not allowying it to go past my head of my penis
please help ive never heard of this before so im really freaking out!!!!!!!!!! What can i do. I im really freaking out, and not sure what can i do. So can any one help me or tell me who to contact. Please, Thanks

You should know by know that foreskin is lame. Please grasshopper, go and have a circumcision. Once this is complete you will prosper much, and bring honor to your house and your fathers name.

You have a skin tag that is attached to your head. Usually these adhesions are found in men who are never taught how to properly care for their foreskins. For whatever reason the inner membrane of your foreskin got torn at some point and healed itself to the head of your penis. It can be fixed, usually by a simple snip from the doctor. Whatever you do, don't let stupid doctors talk you into a circumcision. There are rarely any real necessary needs for one, even in a case such as yours. You have a wonderful gift and it would be a shame for someone to take it away because they thought that is what is right. You've got it, enjoy it. It could also be that the adhesion isn't really attached all that much and you might be able to loosen it when you wash. Take some time each day and put some moisturizer down there and work it around your head. The adhesion may free itself and you'll be fine. IF this is the skin tag attached to the bottom of your head, this is normal, don't worry about it. Keep working at gettin it down

It sounds like you've one of two things. Either you have phimosis, a condition where the foreskin opening is too tight/narrow to allow it to be retracted fully, or you have frenulum breve, where your frenulum is too short to allow you to retract your foreskin.
From your description, it sounds like you've the latter. The frenulum is a band of connective tissue that connects the foreskin to the glans (penis head) at the bottom. It's very sensitive, and unfortunately is removed in many circumcisions (but not all).
Both of the conditions described above can be resolved without circumcision. If you don't want a circumcision, then disregard anyone who says that's either the best or only option. See the links, the first link is on phimosis, while the latter two are on the frenulum. Good luck.

ok from what i know it should be the skin right under the hole of your penis? if i'm correct that's normal for it to happen it may not feel right but it's ok i'm not saying your fine but just in case i would see a docter and find out about the uncircumsized penise and all the health issue's and way's to clean and take care of it

you have to strech the skin linking to the head out im 16 and i can pull mine way down because i ahve a lot of sex im not telling you to get out and bang just you know work it as mh girl just said

I think you should go to the doctor. Perhaps a little SNIP is all that is required. Probably done right in the doctor's office.

See a urologist, but don't get pressured into a circumcision if it is not causing any problems.

just get a circumcision. it doesn't hurt. INCREASED pleasure during sex. better b/j.
heaps better since mine got cut when i was 23
