What was your score on the ACT exam?

I took it today, so I'm wondering how people have done on this test. I felt pretty good about the first 3 sections, but started to run out of time on the Science test and had to answer 5 or 6 questions in about 30 seconds.

I got a 33.

I also had the most problems with the Science. When I took the pre-ACT (whatever its called) I ran out of time because I was over-thinking the passages waaaay too much, trying to understand exactly what was going on before reading the questions. My technique on the actual test was to skim the reading so I had a general idea of what was going on, then reading the questions and going back to get the answers.

Also...a tip to pace yourself. Bring a watch (I know...duh). But set it to exactly noon right before each section, and start it with the start of each section. That way you can quickly glance at the minute hand to see exactly how much time has passed. It's much easier with your watch set this way.

I made a 30 the last time that I took the ACT. My big tip:Answer everything!When you read a question and you have no idea what the answer is, go ahead and mark a logical answer and put a star by it in your answer sheet. This way when you have time at the end of the section, go back and check this question and see if you can possibly figure it out. Anybody can make whatever they want to on the ACT, you just have to try and keep calm.

18 science, 19 math, 21 reading/comp., 26 english...

Composite score: 21. Yeah, I didn't do too well. I guess it doesn't measure one's intelligence though, I'm now a college senior with a 3.8 GPA, so don't stress about it too much... unless of course you're planning on going Ivy League.
