e had sex 4 days before my menstrustion and now im 5 days delayed.. am i pregnant?

If you can confirm the ovulation date (by cervical fluid dry up pattern or by a thermal shift), you are very safe in the week or so prior to your period.

However, if you are relying on Day Counting (in other words, calculating your expected period by the date of your last period), you cannot know for sure. You could have already ovulated and be safe...or you could still be fertile.

If you are interested in using Fertility Awareness or Natural Family Planning as a method of avoiding pregnancy, you should learn to chart your fertility signs.

In a regular period ,the days of 12-16 days prior to the next period is the fertile period. theis can be made + or - 4 days to be more " safer" .

Yes you can get pregnant at anytime. I don't know if you are pregnant so take a test or go to the doctor and get a blood test done.
