Well I was in the same situation but i was 17 my mom insisted that I have an abortion at the time I was so confused and scared. Hear I was 17 at the abortion clinic and desided myself not to go through with it. I thank god everyday I didn't I am now 28 and my child is 9 I love her so much and I have three children and could not emagine my life without her. I am a mom, and if that ever happened to one of my kids I would NOT make them get an abortion. Her life is not over just because she has a baby. You know my 9 year olds father walked out on me the moment I told him I was pregnant. I was hard I'm not going to lie but god had blessed me with a man who is now my husband and have be since2000. He has been with me every since my 9 year old was 5 months old we now have a happy family. You know what's funny he said what got him to talking to me was when my baby smiled at him TRUE STORY.

Marriage is not an option. My 13-yr.old daughter is too young to get married. Besides, let's just assume that the baby's father is completely out of the picture.

Abortion is not an option. Our family strongly supports pro-life. As you can see, my 13- yr old daughter refuses to have one.

But adoption is will be given a serious consideration. My husband and I will talk and weigh what courses of action will be best both for our daughter (a minor) and for our family. If we are in a position to support the baby, we will (until my daughter can do it on her own; quite possibly by the time the child is 6 or 7 yrs. old). If our own resources are limited, we will enlist the help of our church and we will consider giving the baby up for adoption. Does my daughter have a say in the matter of adoption? No, being a minor, she's ill-equipped to make life-changing decisions like this. But we will seek counseling for her through the pregnancy and after.

That's what I'm going to do. Thankfully I don't have any daughters. I only have one child, a son, now 32.

I would take myself and my daughter to get therapy; I would try to figure out where I went wrong and how I can fix it! That's is definitely a parenting problem! That's how I see it.

i would support her all the way to the end. i would also outline all her options (adoption, staying in vs dropping out of school, etc), and definitely offer to help her out in any way i was capable of.

love is definitely the answer here.
