Uh... no. I highly doubt that Rockstar would allow you to freely pirate their game from the site. The site I usually go to is www.getafrigginjobandbuyit.com. Works every time.

Try going to the site that makes the game, in this case, I think it's Rockstar Games, www.rockstargames.com.
