Im going with the school and i wont have time to do EVERYTHING so what are some of the MUST do things?

Magic Kingdom - Space Mountain, Splash Mountain
Epcot - Soarin', Test Track
Animal Kingdom - Kilimanjaro Safari, Expedition Everest
MGM - Rockin Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror.
Most of these have Fast Passes available - take advantage of the time between attractions to see other things. If you are souvenir shopping, there are huge gift shops at Magic Kingdom and Epcot where you can get something for everyone on your list in one place. Have fun!

My number one recommendation is Soarin' in Epcot. That's a wonderful ride, however it's a pretty long wait..it all depends on what time you go, wait times will vary. The fireworks at night are always memorable, and also the great shows they have in MGM. Also, the parades (sometimes they get irritating when you dont feel like watching them and you just want to pass to get to your ride). I really wouldn't recommend Dinosaur in Animal Kingdom. Some people may like that ride, but for my family and I, well we didn't really like it. It went too fast, you couldn't really understand what was going on. Oh and the Safari in Animal Kingdom's pretty nice too. Hm, the car show (if they're still having it) in MGM is really fun. Pretty much anything in Disney's fun.

If your not going in October/November then cancel the holiday and tell your school to go then. Halloween night is the best night you will have in Florida. Fantastic and very scary.
Watch Shamu in seaworld.
Go to busch gardens (brilliant roller coasters)
Blizzard Beach. (best water park)
MGM (tower of terror and rockin rollercoaster)
Universal studios
Discovery Cove ( swim with dolphins)

my fav ride is tower of terror
the best place to shop is the world showcase at epcot especially japan
get lots of pictures with characters because you will cherish them forever!!
