like i want to record my video in WoW not the gameplay im trying to make clips of me but the action bar,i want to know how to remove the main one just for a bit

The easiest way to hide your UI for Screen Shot or Videos is to press Alt +Z.
I myself have 2 22" widescreens, and while I play, my UI is on my right monitor, so that my left monitor is completely empty for the game. Makes for amazing Fraps videos and rocking screenshots.
