I really don't know, I have one. But if you have noticed, the software package includes the Quick Time Player, and you can upgrade to Quick Time with iTunes once you have installed it. So, why don't you try? I will. On the other hand, you can rip your Cd's directly to your phone using the Disc2Phone Software that comes in the package, if you don't have it you can download it directly from the Sony Ericsson Support Web page. Or you can download MP·'s from the other link below. But, you need the Disc2Phone software anyway to transfer them to your phone.
