Have you tried the Little Blue Choo Choo in Scottsdale?

They carry a large selection of Thomas related merchandise. Toys 'R' Us also carries Thomas sets. I've seen Thomas products for sale at Target and Wal-Mart, too, but the selection is not as varied as Toys 'R' Us or other specialty stores I've shopped. Personally, I prefer specialty stores for hard to find items because they will often try to get you what you want from their suppliers. There are also many on-line sites that sell tables and sets.
