No it's not.
(15+23-18)=20 and
20/2 = 10
10+5 = 15 and that's the answer.

If typo is (15+23-18)/(2+5) then yes it's 2.857.....

If no typo then (15+23-18)/2+5 is 15.

No.If 2+5 were in a bracket, you could add them. As the equation stands, simplify the bracket , divide the result by 2 . add 5 to the result. If the problem still persists, get back.
