some 1 told me they can be decoded...decoded???

U can simply go to the "View" tab on the top of your explorer, choose "Encoding" & change the encoding to the suitable type e.g. Arabic windows or any other encoding that u think the sender should have used.

Those symbols are probably indicaive of a foriegn laguage. Try doing a Yahoo! search with the exact string; you will at least get a page that leads you in the right direction.

I have wondered that myself and I just mark them spam. What I don't get is what the point of those emails is. Maybe someone will answer this question and enlighten all of us.

you can use yahoo translation if you knew the languague of the mail origin...
or
you can install the language pack in ur pc

go to view menu > select encoding > select UTF-8

you need to install the font for the country it came from
