Have him drink more water, regularly. Most people walk around in a state of partial dehydration most of the time anyway.
Then, bring him to the edge many times over a period of hours or days. When you send him over, make sure he's looking at whatever it is that makes him crazy (boobs, feet, etc.) because guys are very visual. You'll have fun getting him to this point too because you'll get to imagine and dwell on the fun little ropefest that's coming up.
There are also a lot of semen boosting products on the market and many do work (I have first hand experience) but I'm always a little wary about the possible long term health effects of unproven supplements.

Actually it's seminal fluid you are talking about. Sperm increases only with abstinence, and then only up to about 72 hours after which any excess sperm is eliminated during urination. To increase seminal fluid, which is what most of the liquid in "c .um" is, you need to have much more foreplay. IF he can hold out for an hour playing with himself moderately, especially if he stops and starts repeatedly, you should have a "gusher".
