My life is in a bit of disarray as I'm trying to decide whether to change careers or apply to grad school. I'm going to be in trouble if I keep procrastinating. Is there a system (even some type of software) I can follow, to force myself to do something every day in a systematic way to work towards my goals?

make a list and cross as you finish. This may sound silly for such huge decision-making..but it IS the easiest way to work towards your goals!

Eg: Task 1: 'I have to wash my car but I don't have the required equipment, soap, bucket, etc. Maybe I'll do it some other time.'
The moment you think about washing your car, bring out a pen and a piece of paper and list down things you need.
So on your way home from work, collect these things from the super-market. And WASH your car the following weekend. At this point, there's some self-drive and motivativation required!

Wishes!!
