Random, those are "mutt" colors. George obviously shouldn't be answering where he has no knowledge. You obviously know that female bettas can be just as colorful as males. I hate it when people perpetuate stupid MYTHS like female fish have less color or females have bigger bodies (only true in guppies).

betta genetics is a bit of a headache sometimes, but if you have "mutt" bettas, i.e. pet shop bettas, you will have a real mixed bag of babies. professional breeders only breed from fish that have a known lineage, and often sibling pairs.
you will probably get mostly reds and some blues, maybe some turquoise, reds with bluewash, red is a dominant colour. you may get a few other colours, but most will probably have redwash, an undesirable trait in bettas, and a BIG fault in show fish, hard to breed out, but fine for a pet.

If there all males they will be very colorful. Betta change color with their moods. Just certain colors show when under normal conditions. Put 2 males together in 1 tank with a divider and watch the true colors come out. (beautiful to see) As far as you're Fri goes it's random. Could be any color. As I've said to other people Betta are like birds the Male's are colorful while the females are bland. Back to you're question some will be the color of the mother some of the father and yes some random.

Actually, most will have red. Red is the dominant color in bettas, and both of your fish have red. MM can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the female has more contribution to the color of the fry than the male.

Unless you are breeding siblings of a known stable breeding line there is no way to know. Blues, and reds tend to win so I'll guess most would be redish, and a few blue. Greens might be present, but only if the male had green ancestors.

im not sure of fry colour dominance...
but the third answerer was wrong when they said the females have more influence...it is exactly 50-50 due to genetical factors. the colour is detirmined through dominant and recessive colour characteristics of the parents.
from what you have said above, it seems like you will have about 50% red fry, but i am unsure of the other colours.

they are going to be "mutts" Random colours, random varieties, quite often purple although. on condition that purple is dominate. you will possibly be able to get different colours as weel... It dpends if the female has purple under her precise layers. So unlesss your fish are from breeders, and theyre purely puppy keep fish, they may be any coloration. i might say maximum purple, some achieveable yellow, some with random "blue spots" (those stands out as the mutts)
