I NEVER eat until I'm full. I only take what I am able to finish and at restaurants I always take food home with me.

If I'm at home, I'd dump my plate in the fridge and reheat and eat the rest later.
If I'm outside, in a restaurant, and it's expensive and delicious or just plain delicious, I'd go on eating.
If it's yucky, to the garbage can it goes.

Oh yeah, I hate throwing away food, my daughters almost never eat all their food, so , I end up eating it.
It clearly shows on my behind.

Not if you want to drop your waist line. Eat it the next day for lunch and waste nothing, or freeze it for next week.

yeah, i grew up poor, i try to stop eating when i am full now but sometimes I still eat more, thinking I paid $$$ for this burrito etc.
