You are going to get alot of folks telling you to get counseling.
Which may be an option ... but three quarters of the people who get into therapy really need better nutrition.

That's right eating better will make you feel better. You'd be surprised how different you'll feel if you start juicing.

Try this:

4 Carrots
4 Stalks of Celery
A handful of Parsley
A handful of Spinach
A small piece of Beat
A clove of Garlic

Try this at least once a day. Twice a day if you want to feel REALLY good!

Live long and prosper.

I am sorry that you're having a hard time right now. You should try for yourself. One day you will be on your own, and you will be so glad that you kept trying. If you don't try, your grades will go down, and you will miss out on opportunities for your future! Think about your future...you need to get yourself set up so that you can one day go to college or trade school and then get a good job. Then you can get the kind of house or apartment you want, and not be stressed about how you are going to make a living. I know it's hard to think that far ahead right now, but you will be glad that you did. Also, if you think they will be receptive, you might tell your family how you feel. Lastly, think about all the successful people out there who didn't let their crappy families hold them back. You can be successful for yourself and YOUR future family!

LISTEN THE ONLY APPROVAL U NEED IS YOUR OWN OK?
THE MOST SUCCESSFUL & HAPPY PPL ALSO HAVE HAD PPL PUTTING THEM DOWN & DISCOURAGING THEM BUT U JUST HAVE TO DO WHAT MAKES U HAPPY.
TELL YOUR PARENTS YOU'RE DOING YOUR BEST & THAT THEIR SUPPORT WOULD REALLY HELP U. TELL THEM HOW YOU'RE FEELING. IF THEY DONT LISTEN AT ALL, JUST STAY OUT OF THEIR WAY AS MUCH AS U CAN. I DID & IT WORKED! TELL THEM DISCOURAGING U LIKE THAT WILL ONLY PUSH U AWAY FROM THEM.

& WHEN YOU'RE FEELING DOWN, DO THINGS THAT MAKE U HAPPY & SPEND TIME WITH FRIENDS. DO THINGS THAT DISTRACT U. A GR8 MOVIE MIGHT DO

BEST OF LUCK :)

Look at it as a prelude to life in the real world. Thank heaven for Prozac!
