The only recipe I have totally invented by myself at this point is a recipe of desperation. Vegetarian hamburger (it tastes and looks like hamburger, but it isn't), tomatoes, Romano cheese, and onions tossed together in a skillet, cooked with hot butter, not margarine or oil, and a pinch each of salt and pepper. I eat bread with it. It's better than it sounds.

Yes. I love to make cheese and BBQ potato chip sandwiches and I get lots of compliments. I only make them when classy company comes over.
