i just want know when is fertile day start... and when it is safe to have sex?

There are no safe days but try this:
Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating plus it keeps tracks of your periods. It will even email you ahead of time to alert you of your upcoming fertile/ovulation and period dates. It is a free and very helpful website.

You need to know YOUR cycles. Day counting is just not that helpful. Charting your fertility signs can help you either avoid or acheive pregnancy.

Depends on how long your cycles are. Go to www.mycycle.com and chart it. It'll tell you exactly when you should be fertile. However, ovulation prediction kits are more reliable.
